Perfect Temperature for Red Wines

Most red wines are consumed at too high of temperature.
Did you know that “room temperature” for wine comes from the middle ages? At that time, room temperature was 18 deg. C or 65 deg. F.

If possible, store wine at 15 – 16 deg. C or 59 – 60 deg. F.
By the time you open the wine, let the OMNE-Wand perfectly decant your wine (3-5 min) and pour the first glasses, it will be close to a perfect 18 – 19 C or 65 – 66 F.

Cheers
